Frequently asked questions about UPí
Does UPí work on any WhatsApp?
Yes. UPí chats directly on your farm's WhatsApp, with no new app to install. Once UPí is turned on for the farm, the phone number just needs to be registered in the upCampo platform.
Can I talk to UPí by voice, or only by text?
Both. You can type, send a voice message, or send a photo of an invoice, receipt or fuel ticket. UPí understands and processes them the same way.
Does UPí replace the upCampo system?
No. It's a new way to access what's already in the platform. Everything you look up or log through UPí is recorded in the same system, and you can still use screens, reports and dashboards as usual.
UPí got it wrong. Can I fix the entry?
Yes. What UPí logs goes into the same system your team already uses and can be corrected like any other entry.
What kinds of questions can UPí answer?
Costs, inventory, weather, work orders, pests and fleet are the starting points. Because it cross-checks information across these areas automatically, the same chat can answer questions that involve more than one topic at once.
Does UPí only answer what I ask?
