Full platform
Farm management starts in the field.
Operations, fleet, processing, storage and invoicing in one view, fed by what happens in each field. And UPí answers it all on WhatsApp.

The opposite of the usual path
The office gets numbers ready to use.
In many systems, costs are entered at the office and the field comes later. In up.360, the invoice brings in the product, but it's the work order carried out in the field that decides where the cost lands. Inventory, fleet, processing and invoicing all flow from there.
Costs that are right from the start
What was applied leaves inventory and goes into the field's cost right away. Whoever closes the costs doesn't have to estimate.
One database, not seven systems
Scouting, operations, fleet, processing, storage and invoicing share the same records and the same season.
Your accountant keeps their part
Accounting and taxes stay with your accountant. upCampo handles the operation and exchanges data with other systems where an integration exists.
The modules
Everything the farm uses, connected.
Get what you need today and expand later, without switching systems.

Crop scouting: pests, diseases, weeds and phenology using the IPM method.

Work orders, field logs, crews, machinery, inventory and cost per field.
up.Frota
Fueling, maintenance plans and maintenance orders, with costs tied to the machine and the activity.
up.Beneficiamento
Cotton gin: load tickets and bales, from cotton module to bale, with the field of origin.
up.Fiscal
Incoming invoices by access key and standardized NF-e (Brazilian e-invoice): set it up in the contract and issue it in a few clicks. MDF-e too.
up.Financeiro
Accounts payable and receivable linked to purchases and operating costs.
up.Pesquisa
Technical and trial data by plot, for research units and seed companies.
The artificial intelligence that answers questions and logs data on WhatsApp. Included in the full platform.
One single path
From the field to the invoice.
Each step uses what the previous one recorded. Nobody retypes anything.
Grain load tickets and contracts, in the Help Center →Planning and budget
Season scenarios and budget by field and by cost component, before any money goes out.
Incoming invoices
The supplier's invoice comes in by access key and the product lands in inventory, with the value that goes into the cost.
Operations and inventory
The completed work order deducts from inventory what arrived with the invoice and splits the cost by field area.
Machinery and fleet
Fueling and maintenance logged to the machine, with the cost carried over to the activity.
Harvest, processing and storage
Scale, inbound and outbound load tickets, and sales and purchase contracts; in cotton, from cotton module to bale at the gin.
NF-e transmission
Standardized NF-e: set it up in the contract and issue it in a few clicks, straight from the load ticket. The MDF-e comes from the same place.
For decision-makers
Leadership sees the whole season.
Dashboards for planting, operations and crews by farm, planned vs. actual for every operation, and more than 100 reports. At Grupo C., the numbers leadership uses to track the operation come from upCampo.
- More than 100 reports, with your farm's layout
- Planned vs. actual by farm and by operation
- On the web portal, tablet and phone

Included in the full platform
UPí comes included.
With the whole database connected, UPí cross-checks operations, fleet, inventory and harvest and answers on WhatsApp, from the season's cost to this week's watch points.
Meet UPíIs there anything I should watch this season?
14:32I reviewed the main indicators and found three points worth keeping an eye on:
14:32🚜 All four combines are due for maintenance within the next few operating hours. It's worth staggering the oil changes so they don't all stop at once during harvest.
14:32🌾 Alvorada has the largest area with no harvest recorded yet. That sector should take up a good share of the operation over the coming weeks.
14:32⛽ Diesel is at zero at some fuel stations. If there's fueling in the field, it's worth checking the refill before operations start.
14:32📌 Right now, these are the indicators that deserve the most attention.
14:32
💡 I can go into detail on any of these points or check for other operational risks.

Frequently asked questions about up.360
What is up.360?
It's upCampo's full platform: operations, scouting, fleet, processing, storage and invoicing in a single database, with UPí. It doesn't replace the other modules, it contains them: it includes up.Monitora and up.Operações and adds fleet, processing, storage and invoicing.
Do I have to start with up.360?
No. You can start with scouting or operations and expand later. But up to 1,000 hectares, the full platform with UPí costs the same minimum contract as a single module, so it usually pays to start with it. Prices are on the pricing page.
I already use another system. Do I need to switch?
No. You can use up.360 for operations, inventory, fleet, storage and invoicing and keep finance in the system the farm already uses, as Fazenda C. does, with the group's finance team in Curitiba. Where an integration exists, such as Sankhya, Siagri and Viasoft, the two systems exchange data.
Can I bring over the history from my current system?
Yes. Fields, records and history from your current system are brought over during onboarding, with the upCampo team alongside you. The farm doesn't start from scratch.
Are upCampo's onboarding and training charged separately?
Remote onboarding and training are included at no extra cost. On-site onboarding is quoted based on travel.
How long does onboarding take?
Setup is done remotely with the upCampo team, and the operation usually starts within 1 week. Invoicing, storage and the other modules come in the order the farm chooses, with the same team member supporting you.
Does up.360 handle the farm's accounting and taxes?
No. up.360 focuses on the operation and what comes out of it: inventory, costs, fleet, processing, storage and invoicing, with accounts payable and receivable linked to purchases. Accounting and taxes stay with your accountant. Where an integration exists, such as Sankhya, Siagri and Viasoft, upCampo exchanges data with the system the farm already uses.
Does upCampo issue NF-e? Do I need a digital certificate?
Yes. With the farm's A1 digital certificate configured, upCampo transmits the NF-e and MDF-e. The NF-e is standardized: you set it up in the contract and issue it in a few clicks. Incoming supplier invoices can be imported by access key. The step-by-step guide is in the Help Center.
Does it work for grain storage and cotton gins?
Yes. For grain storage there's a scale, inbound and outbound load tickets, a discount table, and sales and purchase contracts. In cotton, the gin tracks everything from cotton module to bale, with the field of origin of each bale.
Can I build the season budget?
Yes. The season budget is built by scenario, with cost components by field and crop and the operational plan for each month, before any money goes out.
I have several farms. How does that work?
The group's farms add up their areas toward the minimum contract, and dashboards show each farm and the whole group. Each person sees only the farms the group allows. How upCampo handles your data is explained on the security page.
Does it work in Paraguay, with other currencies?
Yes. upCampo serves operations in Paraguay, and documents can be entered in reais, dollars or guaraníes, with the exchange rate recorded on each document.
Is UPí included in up.360?
Yes. UPí comes with the full platform: it answers questions about costs, inventory, fleet, weather, pests and work orders, and logs fueling, rainfall, work orders and incoming invoices on WhatsApp, by text or voice message.
Who owns the data? What if I leave upCampo?
The data belongs to whoever signs the contract — usually the farm itself. When a consulting firm signs up to serve several clients, the data belongs to the firm, and what's agreed with each client is between them. upCampo doesn't sell, share or use the information for anything other than running the account. Before leaving, you can export whatever you want through the reports, as spreadsheets; afterward, you can request removal of all data, and upCampo removes it.
