Fleet and maintenance
Fleet management built for farms, not shops.
Fueling with fuel station balance, preventive maintenance by hours worked, mechanic hours logged on mobile and the true cost of every machine, all within the same operation.

Farm machinery is a different story
In season, downtime can't wait.
Repair shop software thinks in vehicles, mileage and date-based service. Farm machines work in short, intense windows.
The window is short
At planting and harvest, a machine that's down doesn't delay a delivery: it delays the season.
Hours are what count
Preventive maintenance follows the hours the machine worked, not the calendar.
All in the same operation
Fleet, work orders, inventory and cost in one place, with no separate module.
From fuel station to shop
Everything your fleet uses, on record.
Fueling and fuel station
On-farm and off-farm fueling, tank gauging and fuel transfers, updating the fuel station balance, the hour meter and consumption per machine.
Maintenance order
Corrective and preventive, with tasks, requested parts and labor. Mechanic hours are logged in the app.
Part from inventory or purchase
The order requests the part: it comes from inventory when available or goes to purchasing, and the cost stays with the machine.
Downtime reason
Every stop with a standardized cause, so you can add up lost time by reason and tackle what weighs most.
Hours by field and shift
The operation log stores each machine's hours by field, operation and shift, so you can read machine and operator productivity.
Preventive maintenance that happens
Service follows actual use.
Each plan stores the service items and products, and the interval is set per machine, in hours or kilometers.
Since the hour meter is updated by fueling and operation logs, preventive maintenance follows what the equipment actually worked.

UPí on WhatsApp
Fueling, by chat.
On the full platform, the operator sends the fueling over WhatsApp, and UPí records it on the right machine, with liters and hour meter.

For replacement decisions
The true cost of every machine.
Parts, services, fueling and logged hours add up to that machine's cost. That's what tells you how much the harvester cost this season and how much it will cost to keep it one more year.
Allocating machine cost to fields is possible, but it's an administrative decision for each operation.
- Cost per machine for the season
- Fuel consumption per piece of equipment
- Shop hours per machine and per mechanic

Frequently asked questions about fleet
What does upCampo do for fleet management?
Complete registry of machines and implements, with components and attached documents, fueling control, corrective and preventive maintenance orders with hours logged per mechanic, maintenance plans, parts requests and cost tracking per piece of equipment.
How do preventive maintenance plans work in upCampo?
Each plan stores the items to check and the service products, and the interval is set per machine, in hours or kilometers. The hour meter is updated by fueling and operation logs, so preventive maintenance follows what the machine actually worked, not the calendar.
Can mechanics log their hours on mobile?
Yes. Mechanics log their hours in the app, and the maintenance order status updates automatically as hours are logged. The office can see how much time the shop spent on each machine.
Does upCampo manage the on-farm fuel station?
Yes. On-farm and off-farm fueling, tank gauging and fuel transfers update the fuel station balance, the machine's hour meter and fleet consumption.
Can I find out why machines stopped?
Yes. Downtime reasons are standardized and used in maintenance logs, so lost time can be added up by cause instead of sitting in each order's free-text description.
Does the maintenance order update inventory?
Yes. The order creates a parts request, and the request is filled from inventory when the part is available or goes to purchasing when it isn't.
Can I link a part purchase directly to a machine?
Yes. Purchased parts and services can be linked directly to the equipment, keeping each machine's true cost up to date.
Does upCampo integrate with machine telematics?
Yes, through the integration with John Deere Operations Center and with Solinftec. Machines without integration are logged in the app, within the same operation.
Do I need shop software in addition to upCampo?
No. Fleet and maintenance management is part of the same platform that handles work orders, inventory and cost per field. The difference is the approach: upCampo treats maintenance with the logic of a farm operation, not a generic repair shop.
Does maintenance cost go into the field cost?
Not automatically. The platform consolidates cost per piece of equipment, adding up parts, services, fueling and logged hours. Allocating that cost to fields is possible, but it's an administrative decision and a manual task, because the allocation criteria vary from one operation to another.
Can I bring over the history from my current system?
Yes. Fields, records and the history from your current system are brought over during onboarding, with the upCampo team alongside you. The farm doesn't start from scratch.
1 free month
What did it cost to keep that machine running last season?
One free month for the whole farm, no contract to sign. The month starts at onboarding. Leave your name, WhatsApp, email and area, and we'll reach out to set up the farm with you.
